Title VI Compliance

It is the policy of SWRPC that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in any operation of SWRPC as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes.  Furthermore, SWRPC’s shall not discriminate a person based on age, sex, disability, limited English proficiency, and/or low-income status.  

Any person(s) or organization(s) believing they have been discriminated against by SWRPC or its contractors for any of the actions listed above by SWRPC or its contractors may file a Title VI complaint. See the resources below for more information.
