Rural Transit Planning Program
Since 1999, the
Planning Commission has
worked to establish a
meaningful role in Regional transit planning as a component of our
overall transportation planning program. Emphasis over the past
couple years has been in providing quantitative data and analyses
with a focus on the greater Keene area served by the CityExpress
system.
The
transit planning has proceeded through the following four phases:
